This place suits me perfectly! I love the free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and the friendly 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff helped return my forgotten hairbrush. I'll be back for a business trip!

We had an amazing stay of our holiday.
Lovely location - within a walking distance of everywhere we needed. We had an outstanding meal at the al fresco restaurant...

The hotel is located in area with most beautiful beaches in Sardegna, Costa Smeralda. Wonderful complex with a charming bar on a beautiful beach. Ideal for family with children.
Very, very old complex! Charming, but without air condition, toaster, kettle, etc.

We had an apartment with 2 bedrooms and it was quite spacious and the view was nice.
From the website it looked like the hotel was right on the beach, but the actual rooms were quite far from the beach - 300m even though we had an 5 pers apartment we had the right to have only 2 beds and one umbrella on the beach and you had to wake up early to get them - 8 am.

the hotel is quite worn out. we booked an apartment with 2 rooms, balcony with seaview (and we are reassured on email that this is what we"ll get) but what we got is one with a terrace but no seaview. Very disappointing. we need to get a key from the reception to use the sunshade and umbrella on the beach, but we were not informed of that on checking in and need to go back to the reception from beach to get that key. The beach was not a nice sandy beach, rather rocky.

I thought i woudl be treated like royalty, not to mention the room was a bit smelly and the kitchen had no basic soap. I mean, 6 nights and no welcome gift? That's what's supposed to happen at fancy places. Breakfast was so overpriced, we just skipped it. Almost wrote a nice review, but just couldn't.

We were very well welcomed by the staff and helped for the different hotel facilities (tennis, fitness, beach, windsurf, restaurant). The view from our room (a 2-room-apartment) was just amazing on the sea! And at a very affordabable price for this area of the island (Porto Cervo) with its own private beach! I can only recommend the place for few days or even for a very relaxing week on the beach with some activities (only you want!).

i liked all about the hotel and would recomand it. it offered very good service and fab food too. the location was stunning as for me, close enough to the hill in the magnolia section, the lovely gardens, and the main restaurant which can be considered as in the center. sardinian cuisine was served in the al fresco restaurant.

Good atmosphere, close to beach, volleyball/football court
Service was poor at times. Asked for iron but didn't get any nor any help on where to get it. Very poor. But they were helpful with internet connection.

Even if we asked for a room with sea view, and the hotel was quite empty, we got a room from which we could only image the sea. Even if we did not use any equipment of the beach, we had to pay 10 Euro per person.

The hotel is situated very well, near pretty beach and not far from Baja Sardinia with wonderful sand beach. Apartment is spacy enough with good lay-out. Importatnt notice, you need a car for the whole stay at this hotel.
Poor kitchen equipment and absence of air conditioner. We were charged 285 EUR for beach facilities on the first day of our stay in advance. Beach was very crawded and not a value for these money. We drove to Baja Sardinia at the first opportunity within 5 km from the hotel.

The beautiful gardens and spacious apartments created a good atmosphere for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach area and participated in various activities from the staff. Exploring nearby Porto Cervo was a real treat.
In my wife's opinion, the washing facilities could definitely be improved.
